Installing security cameras for covert operations
Normally, security cameras are meant to be seen, but in some instants they need to be hidden. This could be in secret police investigations, when catching shop lifters, when checking contractors or when trying to gather evidence for personnel stealing.
Zebra Mount has developed adapters that make it possible to hide small modular cameras in electrical equipment, in electrical conduits, in plumbing installations and in waste pipes.
The trick when making a covert camera installation is to make sure that it does not attract attention and that is what the covert camera adapters and accessories are optimized for. They are perfect for secret CCTV video surveillance or when a hidden miniature spy camera is needed.
Many of the mounts from Zebra Mount are designed for the pinhole cameras AXIS P1265 and AXIS FA1125. These cameras provide crisp video with 91x45º viewing angle. They have 1080p resolution, very good WDR and they are excellent in low light.

An AXIS P1265 used together with ZM32 covert mount, mounted in the back of a junction box. They gray color makes it very difficult to see. ZM32 fits e.g. in holes made for 1/2” and 3/4” conduits.
An AXIS P1245 used together with ZM33 covert mount, mounted in a rigid conduit body. ZM33 fits in 3/4” threads or can be placed in a hole by using two nuts.

An AXIS F1005-E used together with ZM34 covert mount, mounted in a waste pipe. By using angled fittings it is easy to aim the camera. By rotating the mount, the horizon can be adjusted.
